The flat is moments from Hyde Park and comes fully furnished with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lift, and loads of natural light. The location is ideal - a 5-minute walk to Marble Arch and Edgware Road, with endless cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and wine bars nearby.

You’d be living with two 27-year-old professionals - one mostly WFH, one hybrid - and we’re looking for someone easygoing who’s up for a friendly, relaxed flat atmosphere.

The flat is very much a calm, clean, comfortable home - definitely not a party flat / afters setup. We both have our own friendship groups and routines, but we’re social and enjoy the occasional pub trip, wine bar, Sunday coffee, or dinner at home.

We’re ideally looking for someone independent, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with - someone who wants a friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Huge bonus is being so close to Hyde Park and having amazing transport links across multiple tube lines within walking distance.
