Brand new Ensuite Room in Central London

Hello! I have a lovely double ensuite bedroom available ASAP! Just off Edgware Road and a 10 minute walk to Marble Arch tube station. We ideally would like a professional . Everyone has their own bathroom. Looking for a fun loving person, who does their own thing but up for a glass of wine in the evening! We have a pub directly oppposite the building. We have a porter downstairs so very secure. Plenty of buses and transport links! It’s a 10 minute walk to Oxford Circus. Lots of shops and restaurants. We would like someone who would respect and look after the property. Clean freaks!! Please don’t apply if you will not keep the house in good order.
