Modern bedroom in Two bed Two bath Mayfair apt

I am looking for a new flat mate to take over one of the bedrooms in the two bedroom flat I am currently living in. The room is available both on a long term and a short term basis. Move in date is flexible.

The room: The room is very spacious with plenty of storage space. Two large windows opening to a sunny balcony which lets in plenty of sunlight. The bedroom has it's own private bathroom

The apartment: The apartment is a two bedroom and occupies the entire second floor of an attractive period building on Wigmore Street. In addition to the bedroom + private bathroom there is an entrance hall, a second bedroom, and an open plan living room / kitchen. The total size of the apartment is ~ 80sqm. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances.

The location: Definitely one of the best parts of the flat. Wigmore street is where Mayfair meets Marylebone and is a 5 minute walk to both Oxford Circus and Bond Street so great transfer links pretty much to anywhere in London. You can reach anywhere in Soho + Mayfair in 10 minutes if that is your scene. Personally I spend most of my time around Marylebone, which has lots of great restaurants and bars, and is a surprisingly quiet area considering how close it is to Oxford Street. There is a great gym 5 minutes away and a farmers market close by on the weekends. I also have access to the tennis court in portman square. Regents Park and Hyde Park are within 10 minutes walking distance.

I like to keep the place tidy and have a cleaner on a bi-weekly basis. That being said I am super easy going and have been told I am easy to live with.
