Spacious double room with lot double bed.

Hello and welcome to this quirky double room which will be available for the months of January and February only.

Please note that this bedroom is equipped with a LOFT DOUBLE BED which is approximately 1.8 m up from the floor level and that is accessible by a fitted vertical ladder clearly visible in the pictures. Two extra steps have been provided to facilitate climbing up and down the bed.
Also please note that the mattresses on the floor that you may have noticed in some pictures will not be there.

A wardrobe, a table, a chair and a very big shelf (2200 x 900 mm) are part of the furniture of this bedroom.

There might be the occasional noise from the street, but the house is set away from the main road and located in a dead end road lined with plane and lime trees.

The communal areas of the house are cleaned daily at no extra cost.

This room is part of a four bedroom house where I live.

This lovely house is located in a working class neighbourhood amidst private and gracefully refurbished local authority houses and lies within the elegant Marylebone area.
It is very close to the centre of London and well served with bus routes to the main attractions. The closest bus stop only 200 metres away. Marylebone underground and railway station can be reached with a 5 min walk. Baker Street and Edgware Road underground stations are 10 min walk away. All these stations are in pricing zone 1.

Other than your room you will have full access to the large kitchen where a six chairs table is the best place to socialise with other people you share with if you feel to do so.

Please note that there is no lounge in the house but the kitchen is a large one.
In the kitchen you will have full access to gas cooker, oven, fridge, microwave oven, and a large array of tools and equipment.

There are two shared bathrooms and you will be able to access both.

A lovely private yard is also accessible .

No deposit required but full amount falls due before moving in.

All bills and fast WIFI are included.
