A newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat with a couple in their 20s living here looking to fill two rooms (this listing is just for one). Fully furnished with 2.5 baths. It's <5 mins walk to Marylebone and Bakerloo stations, and less than 10 mins walk to almost all other major tube lines.

We are dangerously close to a bunch of very nice pubs, Baker Street and Marylebone High Street!

The spare room is spacious and has lots of storage in the cupboards, under the bed and with space for a desk.

Its right in between Regents Park (5 mins) and Hyde Park (10 mins), its 25-30 mins walk to Soho and Chinatown.

Gas and central heating is included in the rent already but remaining bills are usually around £100/month (electricity, water, wifi, etc.) and include a cleaner.

We have recently renovated and repainted the flat!

We are looking for a long term tenant so will not be considering short term lets unfortunately.
