To those who know… this is the best value shared property in central London. And we are talking central.. 3 min walk to Bond St tube (Central and Jubilee). Walking distance to the cafes and nightlife of Soho. All the national museums and galleries. Oxford Street and all the shopping just a couple of streets away. Yet very much part of the human scale village-like atmosphere of Marylebone Lane and adjoining High St, with brilliant atmospheric pubs and sophisticated bars and dining. Waitrose is your local supermarket.

This is an international house with a Spaniard guy, a Syrian girl and a French guy, all of whom have been in the UK for almost 5 yrs. All are successful professionals with careers in high end fashion HR, Tech and a Uni lecturer!

Now after 2 amazing years in the flat I am off to move in with my boyfriend (for my sins). You’ll be living with three brilliant housemates, who add a 3x multiplier bonus to the charm of living here. Despite not knowing them previously they are undoubtedly now bezzies.

Therefore you should expect to be part of this household - we are looking for a person to slot into our lives, not just a lodger.

I would describe the vibe in the house as relaxed most of the time, with space to spread out thanks to having both London’s Largest Lounge with its giant sofas and epically tall ceilings and the more intimate conservatory, a super bright space that looks onto our cute courtyard garden. Rare in central…
Though we combine friendship circles, and often do our own thing, we commonly eat and watch tv together. Often we also wfh in the numerous spaces the house allows. We also host gatherings of our friends, cooking wonderful meals, making cocktails or just opening a bottle of wine. I have been part of summer bbq parties, Christmas feasts and Halloween blow outs in my time here.
If we aren’t partying at home (especially necessary due to recent world events!) then we love to go out. Our ideal housemate would be joining us.
