Cozy Room in Marylebone

Hello! I am a flatmate in this central London house share. One of our flatmates is moving out to leave London and we are excited to look for a new flatmate!

•Who are we?

Our house hold is a calm, grown up, clean and friendly environment where we like to socialise after a long day work and have space to cook and chat over food and the odd drink.

We are all working professionals in the fields of graphic design, marketing, yoga and retail. We have a mix of interests from sports, gardening, theatre, pub crawling, traveling to love for animals and similar more.

We are all in our mid to late twenties early thirties. We have strong values in terms of respect, education, high communication, integrity and cleanliness so we can live in community with awareness of respecting each other.

•The property:

Perfect location, with everything at walking distance. Marylebone station within 7 minutes walk, Baker Street 10 minutes walk, Oxford street 30 minutes walk, Regent's Park around the corner, Camden within a lovely canal walk.

All bills included apart from the house shop (roughly £15 every three months) and internet (£7 per month)

The house has a garden, a kitchen/living space where we socialise. One full bathroom and a toilet room (toilet and sink)

Five rooms in total Currently a couple and three single tenants living in.

•Who are we looking for:

A working professional 25+ of age. Preferably a guy to balance out the house (four women at the moment and one man) but we will be considering women too depending on strong applications.

Respectful.
We are looking for a single occupant only. No couples welcomed.

Clean, educated, with previous experience with house shares.

Social.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a connection with the current household not just looking for a place to sleep.

Non smoker.
