Description
This gigantic 12.5ft x 14.75 ft (3.8m x 4.5m) room is up for grabs! A great opportunity to move into a very large room in a serviced mansion block in the heart of fashionable
Marylebone. Perfect for anyone that needs plenty of storage or a big work space - there is ample room for multiple wardrobes and desks to fit work screens, plus strong WiFi - and large bay windows offer plenty of natural light. Move-in date or rent payment is on Friday 24th May, minimum let is one year. No short lets or full-time students.
Our beautiful flat is set in a period property with its own porter right in the heart of London.
- Zone 1 (W1H)
- 5 mins' walk from Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road and Marble Arch tube stations
- Close to amenities including gyms, supermarkets, artisan bakeries, independent grocers, Everyman cinema, gastro pubs, gourmet restaurants and a romantic church
- Decent-sized kitchen with brand new white goods inc dishwasher, spacious sitting room, large bathroom with a bath/shower and a smaller bathroom
- Porter Lito looks after the block, collects/delivers our parcels and manages a team of staff that disinfect common areas, empty bins daily etc...
- We are three female professionals working full-time - Farah (37), Juliette (25) and Olivia (25), looking for a female professional with fluent English who is friendly and clean/tidy.
We're more friends than roommates and are looking for someone friendly to join our happy home! We love our flat dinners, film nights, dinners/pub nights, brunches, etc...and often catch up in the kitchen/sitting room after a long day. It's not the flat for crazy parties or noisy late night activity, but we do like to have the occasional friendly gathering.
We request reasonable and respectful use of communal areas. Boy/girlfriends are welcome to stay over here and there (we've had a bad experience in the past with "unofficial move-ins"). Same goes with guests from out of town, they are welcome but this is not the flat for a couch-surfing friend!
TV license, council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet connection and cleaning products come to approx £100pcm. Deposit is a month's rent. Previous landlord and current employer references are required.
The furniture is to be purchased for £450, which includes two large wardrobes, one chest of drawers, one bed frame, one mattress, one rug, one mirror and one bench. You can decorate the room to your liking.
If you are interested, message us with a bit of information about yourself such as what you do for work, whether you wth/the office, if you've lived with others before and your hobbies.
