Room available in lovely Marylebone flat!

Hi there, room available from around August 1st! 🦋

I am sadly leaving my room and lovely flatmate in Marylebone, and am therefore helping her find a replacement.🌸
The rent is £1,250 excluding utilities, which are normally around £150 a month, depending on season. There might be a rent increase when I leave in august, but we have yet to confirm this with the landlord. 😊
The place is a lovely two story flat with a shared kitchen and livingroom, with a small and cozy balcony off from the living area. 1,5 baths and plenty of storage throughout the whole flat! The bedroom is upstairs, great size, huge wardrobe, and with your own little balcony which is amazing for the summer! 🌞😍 There also is a shared garden for the community.🦋
The flat is in gorgeous Marylebone, with plenty of shopping, pubs and restaurants around every corner!💃🏼 It’s located a short 3 minute walk from Marylebone station with Bakerloo line, and about 5-10 minutes from Baker Street station with bakerloo, jubilee, hammersmith&city, circle, and metropolitan lines - and plenty of buses from Marylebone road/Edgware Road etc.!
You will be sharing the flat with Madeline - 26 years old and working in advertising/marketing. She’s an amazing flatmate, always up for a chat but also considerate and respectful of personal space.🦋 She’d like someone likeminded who enjoys the occasional hangout during dinner time or a similar vibe!
The pictures are taken before we moved into the flat so it now looks slightly different - but it is fully furnished still!
