Room in Marylebone Available for Summer - Zone 1!

Furnished room from 1 July to 31 August. The room is £325pw and includes all bills, WIFI, a weekly cleaner for common areas, and TV - all-inclusive, so to speak.
The flat is in the Hyde Park Mansions estate (NW1 ) next to Edgware Road Station. It is about 500 metres from Hyde Park, which is great for jogging, walking, tennis, padel and much more.

The flat has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You would share the flat with 4 people aged between 25 and 35. They are all very respectful and caring in their behaviour.

I love the flat and the neighbourhood, but I have to go abroad for a job, and therefore, with a heavy heart, I have to rent out my room from 1st July 2024. Therefore, the contract for the room will be transferred to your name via the agency. The contract runs until 31 August 2024. However, if you don't need the room exactly from 1 July - 31 August, you can still text me, and maybe we can find a solution. :)
