Hi, I'm looking for a tenant to take over my contract. The room is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, closet, desk and chair.

All bills and broadband are included. A cleaner will come every two weeks (already included in the rent).

Now 5 friendly and respectful young people are living here (including me). 3 girls and 1 guy share a big bathroom and two toilets. Another guy has his own bathroom.

We also have a large living room, a large kitchen, and a large garden. So you have lots of space to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, 2 fridges, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. There are lots of pots, plates, bowls, cups you can use.
