1 double room available with access to your own bathroom (not en-suite but it’s in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment).


It’s a spacious double bedroom that’s newly decorated with a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, new acoustic glass windows, a new double ottoman bed and mattress, there’s plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower, continuous hot water, sink, toilet and heated radiator.

The apartment is in Marylebone, it’s inbetween both Baker St and Marylebone stations in zone 1 of the tube, and next to Regents Park. It’s a secure building with a porter for the street.


It’s all newly decorated, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and wooden floors. I live there with my partner. 
We are both working professionals and are 41. I work from the office 4 days a week and my partner works from the office 5 days a week.

We are looking for someone who’s a professional that’s clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of our home to rent the spare room with bathroom. We are non-smokers and do not have pets. 


The apartment also has a new modern kitchen with all appliances including a washer/dryer and your own fridge & freezer to use, a dining room and living room to use. I work from the living room for 1 day a week when I’m working from home.

There’s central heating, 24 hour hot water, electricity and wifi supplied. I get the apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. All bills are included incl. council tax. Deposit required dependant on length of stay.


It’s also located a 2 minute walk from Regents Park (there is no balcony, terrace or garden at the apartment block itself). The street itself is very safe, quiet and peaceful.

As mentioned the amount advertised is for your own double bedroom with bathroom and use of kitchen, living room, dining room - it is a shared flat with my partner and I.
