Double Room in Spacious Marylebone Apartment

Hi all,

I am going on sabbatical at the end of August so the room will be available from 24th August 2024 until 8th March 2025. Rent is £1400 pcm + all bills which are an additional £100 pcm.

You will be living with Jack and Gordon (28 and 29 years old) two school friends who both work in finance and have been in London since graduating uni. Both are busy with work but still enjoy the usual hobbies of gym/running/football/rugby as well as socialising with friends.

The room is a large double and comes furnished. There is a huge living room/dining room, bright separate kitchen and a good sized balcony.

The apartment is modern and in a private complex so its very quiet and we have a full time concierge for safety as well as taking in any parcels you order. You will also only be sharing a bathroom with one other. We get a cleaner regularly to keep the flat in good order.

Its in brilliant location in Marylebone less than 10 minutes to both Marble Arch and Edgware road tube stations. Plenty of great bars/pubs/coffee shops a stones throw away.

Looking for a likeminded clean individual who has their own London life but is also opening to socialising as a flat.
