Spacious double bedroom in Cosway Mansions, in the heart of Marylebone, Zone 1, Central London.

Rent for property is £2900 which we currently split equally between 4 people, so a couple is preferred but we are open to a single person willing to pay £1450, but please note the remaining 2 housemates are paying £725 (as a couple would, per person).

Bedroom is very large, with massive wardrobe, huge window at the back of the building overlooking a quiet courtyard. The room comes furnished with a double bed frame and mattress.

The bathroom, with shower and large freestanding bath is shared with 1 other housemate (the other has an en-suite).

The flat also has a large lounge with sofa, armchair, dining table etc.

The kitchen comes equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer.

The other two housemates are late 20s males, professionals who work from home. They are very quiet and tend to keep themselves to themselves. A couple who don’t work from home is the preferred option, although this isn’t a dealbreaker.

Bills aren’t included but currently come to around £85 per month per person (between 4).

The current tenancy contract is set to end on 12th March 2025, although there will be the option to renew for a further set period should you want to stay longer.

The flat is let through Sandfords, a high end letting agency who are very thorough and respond to any maintenance issues or queries swiftly.

The location is great, being a 2 minute walk from Marylebone Station, 5 minute walk from Baker Street and Edgware Road stations and with Regent’s park and Hyde park both a short walk away.
