HUGE Room in Marylebone (+ private balcony)

Hi, sadly I'm moving out of my lovely apartment to be closer to my office. unit sits on the 8th floor of a modern building, ofc with elevator access.

The bedroom is huge, with amazing natural light in the day and a great view of West London (and the Shard too). There's ample space in your bedroom, with a huge sofa that can be converted into a queen-sized bed and a huge desk, and a large TV too. In the summer, you can also take advantage of the balcony and chill there. Every six months, you will pay a fixed £360 to the property management for bills, but otherwise, there is no tax and bills on top of the rent!!

You will be sharing this apartment with three young professionals, from different countries. They are easygoing and fun people to hang out with. You will share a bathroom with a girl who is clean.

I am looking to find someone to replace me and ideally, the move-in date will be in December but before Xmas. I can be flexible in the terms. Short lets will be considered.
