Description
Hi, I'm Bethan,
My flatmate is moving out so there's a room available from the beginning of Jan. The flat's very nice, there's a separate kitchen and living room upstairs and the two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Has it's own front door and is very good for transport links. Baker Street, marlybone and edgeware stations are all within a 10 min walk.
I'm a masters student studying child psychotherapy. I just moved to London a couple months back so don't know many people yet and would love to be friends with my flatmate. I have a dog called Tigger, he's a three year old cavapoo. He's not the quietest dog in the world, he will bark when there's deliveries and things but is not destructive at all. He LOVES people . My dog can be a bit barkey sometimes but he LOVES people so someone that would genuinely love having a dog around would be great. I wash his paws after every walk and wipe them when he comes back in from a wee. He sleeps most of the day and I walk him everyday but he can go a bit hyper sometimes and zoom around the living room. He will always without fail act like you coming home is THE most exciting thing in the world. He is allowed on the sofa and things as well and can jump up when he's excited. It's a work in progress. That's all of his worst traits really.
I try to keep the place clean and would consider myself to be quite easy going. Like I said I would really love a friend as well as a flatmate. Let me know if you have any questions at all. Living together is a big thing so I would like to get to know you and hopefully meet first. You can come to the flat to look around and meet Tigger. Send me a message about yourself if you think we'd be a good fit and your interested in the flat.
Pictures are from original rental ad so there are a few more homey bits around but those are the basics. The room has a large double bed a big wardrobe that you can't see in the pic and a matching bedside table. All the furniture is white. It's not the biggest room in the world but it's decent.
