Single/Double Room in Marylebone Road

Hi there :)
Eva and I are looking for a third woman that would like to move with us into a beautiful, classically styled home in Old Marylebone Road.
The house is on the first floor, it also has a lift and doorman. It has plenty of space, it is a 3 bedroom house, kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet. The house is unfurnished so we can make it to our taste. However, we have a lot of nice furniture and decoration for the common area to take with us .
Transport:
5 min walk from Paddington
7 min walk from Marble Arch
10 min walk from Baker St
10 min walk from Regent Park & Hide Park
1 min walk to bus stop

You can find all kinds of groceries, cafes, pubs, restaurants within walking distance.

Move date is from January 6th .

A little about us:

Eva is French-Turkish, works in global marketing but does many other things! She is nice and positive and of course she loves wine (who doesn't?).
About me, I am Italian, work in finance as an office facilities and events coordinator with a long background in hospitality. I love yoga , art and much more ..

We want to create a nice, cosy home where we can relax after work and have a glass of wine, chat and watch a movie or simply have our own space.
We are looking for a like-minded person.
