Double room in central Marylebone flat

I’m a 45 year old doctor with a room to rent in my flat in Marylebone. I work in London but live with my wife and family in Oxford - I’m based the flat maximum half of the week so there’s lots of time when my flatmate has it to themselves.

The room is a double with king size bed and built in storage plus a desk. There’s a shared shower room, kitchen and living room with balcony. It’s on the fourth floor of a quiet 1950s block, looking over parks on both sides - postcode is W1U 5BJ. The rent is 1600 per month with all bills included, one month rent as deposit. I’ve had great flatmates on corporate lets and several have become good friends.
