Join Our Beautiful Marylebone Flat!

We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our 4 gorgeous bedroom apartment in Marylebone (NW1). The flat is super spacious and in the heart of the city. Located on a quiet street, it’s the perfect mix between central London and peace and quiet. Well connected to public directly across from Edgeware Road station (District, Circle and Bakerloo lines) 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Hyde Park.

We are looking for a working professional to fill one unfurnished medium sized bedroom. The rent is £900 per month without bills. PLEASE NOTE, DEPOSIT IS £1,250.

Bills will be split in between four, the estimated breakdown for each flatmate would be:
Water: £20 / month
Electricity and gas is approximately: £40 / month
Wi-Fi: £7 / month
Council tax: £45 / month

We are looking for someone who would like a home over a house share, preference for female, full time employee, preferably between the ages of 21-37. Someone who is quiet and respectful but also enjoys sharing a glass of wine, the occasional movie night and trying new restaurants.

We all work at different times during the week so you will never wait in line for a shower or for the washroom. When we are all home, we love sharing a glass of wine in the kitchen and talking about our respective days or going for a walk in the park.
