I love this flat, the room and especially the location but am moving out to relocate closer to my new job. Im 24 and work in tech. Looking for someone who has flexibility to move in as close to start of June as possible and we'll do a pro-rata of the rent that month.

We share Netflix, PrimeTV, DisneyTV e. t. c. 2 people don't really cook so the kitchen is rarely too busy. The building is gated, has a porter and a lift. Our flat is on the first floor with this room facing Lisson Grove (quieter than facing Marylebone Road). We recently got new wifi of 150 MB/s which is plenty for all of us to work from home. There's also secure sheltered bike storage.
A deposit of £1100 will be required.
