We're looking for someone lovely to take over a bright and spacious room in our charming Marylebone flat from August 10 (or a bit earlier if needed)! I’m heading off for a work placement, so you'll be taking my spot :)

The flat has two bedrooms, and you’ll be living with my amazing flatmate – she’s in her mid-20s, an artist and photographer, very relaxed, kind, and easy to get along with.
It’s a rare Marylebone gem with just the two of you sharing, featuring:

A spacious living room (I’ll leave my standing desk for you!)

One bathroom plus an extra toilet

Fully equipped kitchen

💡 Bills
Just council tax and electricity, which come to about £100/month. Water’s already paid up through next year!

🗓️ Move-in Date
I’m moving out August 10, but we can make it work from August 1 if you’d like to move in sooner.
