Cozy room in a big house.

Hello everyone! One of our beloved roomates sadly is moving to another country and his room is gonna be available from 21 October.
We’re looking for a person to move in from that date for 1 year with possibility of extend if we all get along well ☺️
In the house we are living three people from Spain so someone who speaks Spanish would be the best option for the house dynamic we’re used to.

We’re looking not only for a roomate but a friend. At the end of the day, we’re all from abroad and it’s great to live with people who feel like Family.
We make plans together some times and you’ll be always welcome to join us or not and everyone respects each other privacy 😊
looking for someone clean (we have a cleaning routine that works very well and we want to keep that going on 🙏🏻), respectful and friendly.

Important and boring things:
-Rent is 837,50£ + bills (we have a parking slot that we rent and pay bills from that money, but some sometimes like this last winter months we had to pay 30-50£ each, so it’ll be fine if we’re responsible with lights etc)
-Deposit 750£
-Write contract

The house has a big patio with bbq, a big living room with balcony, tv etc , two toilet rooms, one complete bathroom with bath and shower, a huge kitchen and a well equipped garage with washing and drying machine and a small gym :)
