Sadly my lovely flatmate is moving to Scotland, and her room will be available starting October 10th.

The room is £1350 per month, (bills and council tax are an additional £c.100 per month).

The Flat is a spacious 2 bed and 1 1/2 bathroom.

The flat is in a secure gated area (very safe for the girlies), on the top floor and is a duplex.

We have a huge living room, dining space, kitchen and a balcony. It is minutes away from Marylebone station (Bakerloo) and less than 10 mins to both Baker Street (jubilee, met, circle, hammersmith&city, bakerloo) and Edgware Road Stations (district, circle, bakerloo).

You would be sharing with me, I’m 27 and work in marketing. I work in office 4 days a week and from home one day a week. I love a dinner or drinks out with friends, an occasional Pilates or yoga class, a west end show, and a cozy night in on the sofa (going through a bravo phase rn). 🎀I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and will become a friend rather than just a house mate!
