We live in a stunning historical red-brick mansion block, recently refurbished (we moved in ~7 months ago).
• 10 min walk → Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Baker Street
• 15 min walk → Selfridges, Bond Street
• 3 min walk → Edgware Road

The available room is a very large master bedroom with tall windows, a private balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There’s also an additional room currently used as a small office/jacket storage — you’re welcome to make use of it as well.

Living Terms ⬇️
• For females preferably
• Ideally late 20s–30s, professional, tidy, and friendly (we’d love to keep this flat in great condition)
• No students, sorry
• Taking over Eva’s tenancy 20th October 2025 – mid-January 2026, then you’ll renew directly with us for 12 months (long-term commitment preferred)

• Me: Italian, 36, art & food lover, often in Ibiza for work
• Janina: 24, from Indonesia, works in fashion, super friendly and chill
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a flatshare — a warm, supportive home and sisterhood.

Costs ⬇️
• £1450 pcm + bills
• Room can come furnished or unfurnished (flat was originally unfurnished)
• If you’d like the furniture: £500 (worth ~£1000, includes bed frame, mattress, bookshelf, drawers, clothing racks, bedside table, bathroom cabinet)
