We’re looking for the perfect person to join us in our 3 bed flat in Chiltern Street Marylebone. The room is available now and is furnished, with lovely natural light and air flow. We’re a 5 min walk from Baker Street tube, a 10 min walk from Bond Street tube, and a couple of mins away from Marylebone high street. Really great and safe area, with lots of cafes and shops around, short walking distance from Regents and Hyde park.

Rent: £1200 per month excluding bills.
Bills ~ £110 each per month.
Deposit is £1300
We’d expect the person moving in to stay until at least March 22 next year and hopefully we’d look to renew again.

Landlord requires reference from your last place of residence and proof of full time employment.

We are a very easy going, friendly flat of two 28 year old professionals, one Aussie and 1 Brit. We are social and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s grabbing a drink at the pub after work, heading to the gym or park together, or shopping on the weekends, and would be looking for someone to move in that would fit this vibe. At the same time, we very much value each others’ privacy. We love a good night out but would not class ourselves as party animals at all (so no party animals please!).

We are looking for a like minded female professional to move in, aged 26-33. No students, couples or men considered. The room is available now but could consider flexibility for the right person.
