An intelligent, educated older lady with mild memory issues and anxiousness is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also like some general practical help around the home such as occasional shopping, cooking, light cleaning, taking the little dog for a short walk, diary reminders and prompts and any other ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed. There is a carer/housekeeper who comes each morning.

The accommodation on offer is single room with its own bathroom. It is a small room so would suit someone who is out during the day.

The property is in an excellent location, just 2 minutes’ walk to Marylebone Station.

The lady enjoys watching the TV particularly historical/political drama, reading The Times and listening to Radio 4 and walking their little dog.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the lady’s interests.
