Large bright room in Marylebone

Hi! I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend and I'm looking for someone to take my room starting 1st December.

The room: very large and bright with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bookcase.

The flatmate: an amazing Italian girl in her 20s, Cambridge graduate and working at a law firm. I met her on SpareRoom and we became best friends!

The flat: 2-bed on the ground floor in a gated community. It was refurbished 5 years ago with wooden floors and new IKEA furniture. It is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dish washer. There is a bathroom (sink & bath) and separate toilet which will both be shared with the other tenant. There is also a big wardrobe for storage in the hallway.
NOTE: there is no living room.

Location:
- 3min walk from Edgware Road station (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and District lines)
- 2min walk from Marylebone station (Bakerloo line and overground)
- 15min walk to Paddington station (Elizabeth line)
- 15min walk to Baker Street and Regent's park
- 20min walk to Marble Arch/Hyde Park
Buses all night long to/from almost everywhere in London
- 3 mins walk to small neighborhood Tesco and Sainsbury's and 10 mins to a large M&S and Waitrose
- 5min walk to PureGym and the gym group

About you: since the space is not very big, we’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean and trustworthy. We don't leave dishes in the sink, wipe down surfaces and empty the trash/recycling often so someone with similar habits would be ideal.

Price is £1100 per month with bills inclusive (water, electricity, heating, wifi and council tax). It is a flexible contract and the deposit is £450.
