The flat is located in a quiet street around the corner from the Duke of Wellington. Marylebone station is 5 mins walking and Baker Street 10 mins.

Lease is for 4 remaining months until being rolled over into a new 12 month contract with the landlord.

I had a great time living in this flat, the flatmates are super chill. I am moving out to live with my girlfriend. Currently there are two male flatmates, both working in finance with long working hours. They enjoy sports/travel and one is an excellent Greek chef. They would prefer a young professional who is in their mid twenties, who values tidiness and does not party a lot (and does not do drugs). Further, it would be important that the new tenant stays long-term to avoid replacement.
