NW1 Double room in friendly 4 person flat

We have a spacious double room available in a 4-bedroom house on a quiet street in a fantastic central location. The house has a large shared living area and a spacious kitchen.

The room comes with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage. It was originally unfurnished, but has since been furnished, and the furniture would need to be purchased by the new tenant. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms (3 people total).

You’ll be living with three young professionals, all European, working in the city. Most of us work from the office, so the house is generally quiet during weekdays, but friendly and social. The flat is kept clean and we have a professional cleaner every two weeks who cleans the entire flat, including bedrooms.

15-minute walk to Marylebone

10-minute walk to Paddington Station

3-minute walk to Edgware Road Station

Waitrose, M&S are a 5 min walk and Tesco less than 10-minute walk

All bills, including the cleaner, are approximately £150 per month.
The house is located on the first floor.
