My current flatmate is sadly moving to Bristol for his new job so looking for a flatmate to replace him.
The room is a furnished double bedroom and you will have the family bathroom as your en-suite (I have a separate shower and toilet). The flat has a large living room/kitchen.
The flat is spacious and it is a basement flat. The bedrooms have windows to a light well (so some natural light) and the lounge looks out to the street.
Great access to anywhere in London - Marylebone high street is 2 mins walk, Bond Street and Oxford Circus tube stations are about 10 mins walk, Regents Park is a 10 min walk and you can walk to Soho in 30 mins.
Rent is £1,500 exclusive of bills and the landlord is happy to start a new 12 month contract for the tenancy. Bills are around £150 per person per month (includes wifi, gas and electricity, water and council tax).
About me - I am a 29 year old female, working in M&A tax. I’m in the office most days and my hours can be fairly long. Looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful of the shared areas of the flat. In my free time I enjoy sport (running and cycling), seeing friends, hosting the occasional dinner party and finding new places to explore in London.
