Two young professionals Betina (25), and Thomas (23) are looking for a third flatmate to move into this 3 bedroom apartment in Marlyebone. Bathroom, kitchen as well as the living room are a shared space.

The room is listed at 916£ per month, excluding utilities and council tax. Energy/Gas, Water, Wifi and council tax total approximately 100£/ month.

The flat is a 7 minute walk away from Marlyebone station, 10 minutes from Edgeware road and 11 minutes from Baker Street, for easy access to tube lines. These stops are all in zone 1.

We welcome people starting out in their careers, or even students who can rent with us at least until September, and can imagine possibly extending this lease from September onwards.

If you are a student, we would appreciate someone who is a responsible soul and doesn’t throw afters on a random Wednesday. Other than that we are quite relaxed.
