Hi, I’m looking for a friendly full-time graduate to take over my lease for a single room in a four-bedroom flat in a gated community

Dates: 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026

Flat: four-bedroom, with three super friendly and sweet graduate students, no lounge

Bathroom: recently remodelled

Utilities: not included but very low amount

Location / walking distance
Most central London universities are within 10 to 50 minutes on foot, including University of Westminster, UCL, SOAS, King’s College London, LSE, London Business School, Central Saint Martins, RCA, RAM, Birkbeck and Regent’s University

Nearest tube station is Edgware Road, with Baker Street, Marylebone and Paddington also around 10 minutes walk.

Space for bikes in the inner court as well as Santander docking stations around the property.

Hyde Park and Regent’s Park are around 15 minutes walk, and you can easily reach landmarks like Oxford Street and Buckingham Palace
