Gorgeous place next to regents park (gem)

I will have to move out of this gorgeous estate unfortunately as I am moving in with my girlfriend. This place is fantastically located a 3 minute walk away from the Regent's Park and I personally enjoy going for runs there every day and it is beautiful throughout the year especially around spring/summer.

The place is ideally located with bus stops just around the corner and Baker street being an 8 minute walk away (I travel c. 25 minutes to Liverpool street station every day via the Hammersmith line)

You will be sharing the flat with 2 other roommates; one male who works in a hedge fund and one female who is a doctor at the NHS.

You will be sharing the bathroom with the female and we've always kept this bathroom super tidy and are looking for someone who is equally clean and can look after themselves as well.

The bedroom is super large and comes with a couch, large bed, and lots of storage rooms (2 massive wardrobes, storage for shoes and 4 massive storage drawers underneath the bed). There is a desk, large couch, footstool and tea table in the room with still plenty of space to walk around so the room is quite large.

You will have to go through standard background and reference checks which were concluded in my case within 3 days.

I don't have a lot of time for viewings as working long hours so first person stating interest will get it.

ALL bills included (council tax, energy, internet, water, etc etc) in the 1,280. You will be taking over my contract for the remainder of the 6 months with option to renew afterwards.

I have absolutely loved this place and am saddened to leave. There is a downstairs reception / congierge in the estate and they will be there to collect your packages or retrieve guests in case needed.
