3 bed flat close to Marylebone station and Baker Street. You’d have access to one small bedroom with a queen bed and use of a shared bathroom.

I’m a resident landlord (woman) with my partner (male) often staying with me as well as my father a few times of year when he is in town with his wife.
I work in finance and hospitality.
I may occasionally have to use the living space for entertaining. But it’s very rare.
I travel a lot for work and when I’m in London I’m often out but I enjoy a quiet night in with a home cooked meal, some wine and a movie.
Happy for us to keep to ourselves a lot too but need to trust each other with the space.
I have a lot of plants and would appreciate help with watering them.
Looking for a low key flat mate for short or long term, negotiable after we see how we live together. Prefer someone who respects our private living space and doesn’t have people over. Kitchen is small so best if you eat out a lot as well. Working from home is possible but when we are both here it would be respectable to keep to the rooms for calls and not use the living room as a working space. The bathroom you’d have is shared but most of the time you’d have it for yourself. I also travel a lot so often you’d have the space to yourself.
