The room is a cosy, fully furnished double - ready to move straight into. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with flatmates, and we have a monthly professional cleaner to keep common area fresh and easy.

The flat is shared with quiet, clean, and respectful working professionals who keep things easygoing during the week but enjoy hanging out or going out together from time to time.

The building has 24-hour concierge, so it’s super safe and secure (and no missed parcels ever).

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:

* 3 mins to Baker Street station & Regent’s Park
* 2 mins to Tesco, M&S
* 1 min to Gail’s
* 10 mins to Waitrose

We’re not a party house, but we’re social and friendly. Ideally looking for someone who’s equally clean, considerate, and relaxed to live with.

We are looking for a flatmate available from 11 June to 14 October, with the option to renew afterwards.
