Renting out my Marylebone room for the summer

I am trying to lease out my apartment for the summer as I won't be here, the appartment is in a great central location; 20 Daventry street, a 2-5 min walk from Marylebone station and Edgeware road. My roommate is the girl in my profile photo. She's very clean and she will be travelling the majority of summer, so you will pretty much have the place to yourself, If you're intrested please contact me also the move in date is very flexible, you're welcome to come and view it before hand if you'd like.

The conditions are to pay for three months up front as well as a one-month security deposit that would be paid back to you if there is nothing wrong with the flat at the end of your stay.
