Bedroom in Marylebone Building with concierge

I am moving out of this beautiful apartment and moving to a 1-bed upstairs in the same building, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

It’s currently 3 of us here, all from Italy and working in finance and consulting. The guys work relatively long hours and are both friendly and sociable but they also value privacy and quiet.
The flat has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), so you will only share the bathroom with one other person.
The bedroom comes with a spacious fitted wardrobe. It is South-facing so really bright throughout the day and it looks over the back of the building, which is a private alley, and is therefore very quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, oven, air fryer and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a washing machine and a jacuzzi setting in the tub. The building also has a laundry room with tumble dryers if that is something that you need.
The living room is my favorite part of the flat, it’s really spacious and bright. There is a good amount of storage throughout the flat and underneath the bed and couch.
The building itself is in a quiet, safe and residential area, with a 24/7 concierge, laundry room, and bike storage.

Nearby:
2 min walk to a big waitrose
5 min walk to Tesco
10 min walk to M&S
15 min walk to Aldi

Transport:
Plenty of bus routes and stops nearby, but it’s also a 7 min walk to both Marylebone and Edgware Road station. Around 10 mins to Marble Arch, and 15 mins to Baker Street and Paddington.

There are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, barbers/hairdressers, tailors and shops all around. There are also quite a few gyms.

The move-in date is fixed (6th of July) as that’s when I have to leave, so you would have to start paying rent from then. However, you’d be welcome to start taking some of your stuff in the days prior, which can be left in the living room. For anything else post 6th of July I’ll be in the same building anyway so happy to help with anything that may come up.

I want to stress that we are all very tidy and clean and although we have a cleaner, the guys will appreciate someone who is able to help keep the place in the same condition you can see in the pics/video. So please keep this in mind when reaching out!
