Room with Private Bathroom (Marylebone)

Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take over my bedroom starting the 1st of September.

The flat is in a great spot right next to Marylebone and Baker Street Station, giving you excellent access to the tube. It’s also just a short walk from Regent’s Park and is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.

It is a really spacious flat overall. The available bedroom comes with a double bed, a large built-in mirrored wardrobe, space for a desk, and a balcony. Plus, you will have your own private bathroom.

You will share the main living areas, which include a big open-plan living and dining room, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, a 25-year-old Italian woman who works in finance. She is looking for a respectful professional (ideally 23-30) to take my place.
