If you’re new to London, this is a great place to feel at home and meet people, but equally, we all have our own lives and enjoy a relaxed balance between socialising and having our own space.

En-Suite Double Room: The room comes with a huge double bed (almost 4sqm), ample storage including a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, an armchair, and shelves. You'll also have your own private en-suite shower room, accessed directly through your bedroom, so there’s no need to cross a hallway or share your shower with anyone else.

Charming Shared Space: Our flat has wooden floors, high ceilings and plenty of space to unwind. The living room is bright and comfortable, with two sofas, a large coffee table and a TV, perfect for flat hangouts and movie nights.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & washer + dryer: For the cooks among us, the kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, and a four-seater dining table for group dinners.

Friendly Vibe: We’re more than just flatmates and enjoy dinners, weekend drinks and exploring London together. You’ll be living with two English guys working in consulting and technology, and an Irish girl working in health tech. We’re a friendly and welcoming group and excited to find someone who fits into our relaxed, social household.

The Best of Both Worlds: We love spending time together, whether that’s a group dinner, drinks or making weekend plans, but there’s absolutely no pressure to be social 24/7. Everyone has their own life and space, and the flat has a really nice balance between being social and laid-back.

You’ll have easy access to shops and everyday essentials, including M&S just 30 seconds away, as well as Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Aldi. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and gyms nearby.
