Spacious ensuite double room in St John's Wood

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious ensuite room from mid-September as I’m sadly leaving this place I called home for the past 6.5 years.

The room: furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and storage space, drawers, desk (optional), and has its own bathroom with a shower. The flat is really well-maintained, has a fully-equipped kitchen and large open-plan living room with a lot of natural light. Bills are not included in the rent but come to less than £100 per person per month, including council tax, energy, water and wifi.

The flatmates: you would share the flat with two lovely girls who are very chill to live with. Anu (29) works in the legal industry and enjoys getting to know people, and Charlotte (28) works in the British Library and has lots of crafty hobbies. They are hoping to find someone friendly, considerate and respectful of common spaces who is also happy to hang out sometimes and have a chat.

The area: the location is super convenient, very close to multiple transport links (7 minute walk from Edgware Road station, a bus stop just 2 minutes away, 20 minute walk from Paddington and Baker Street stations). We have Aldi, M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all a few minute walk away. Little Venice and the canals, as well as Regent’s and Hyde Park are all walking distance too.
