Beautiful one bedroom flat in first floor Georgian building. High ceilings. Wooden floors. All mod cons. Modern kitchen, bathroom. Quiet residential street but walking distance Baker Street and Marylebone Station. I am a psychotherapist, living outside London and see clients in the sitting room during the daytime 9pm till 5pm except Monday evening till 9. 30 and Thursday till 930 pm .I am not at the flat at all on a Wednesday.
You can still use the rest of the flat whenever I am there and the rest of the time you have sole use of the flat. I am never there at the weekends. For the last seven years I have rented the flat at a reduced rate to people who are largely away at work during the daytime. The full rent would normally be £2, 250 a month but is available for £1, 430 (a 40% reduction on the full rental value).
