Mon-Fri only, large ensuite room Nr. Baker Street

The room is located in a safe portered block just a few minutes away from Baker Street tube station.

Marylebone is well known for its great independent boutiques, restaurants and cultural facilities. The flat is located between Regents Park and Hyde park so great for running and cycling and there are also several good gyms nearby.

The bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a small sitting area with a TV and wifi. You will have access to a well-equipped kitchen

There is a bit of private outside space with a table and chairs that guests can use up until 10pm (the neighbours get upset after then).

The room is only available to a single person who can demonstrate that their main residence is outside London and that they will be returning there at weekends as I am looking for a Monday to Friday tenant only.

Also please note that the flat is also shared with two friendly grey dogs…
