This is for a large double room in a shared flat. The flat has a kitchen, a reception room, 2 bathrooms, a small balcony as well as 4 bedrooms and a storage room.

I am moving out to another flat and this would be to take my place. The lease expires on the 31 of July and the landlord would like to sell the property.
