2min walk from Edgward road, large room + balcony

The big plus of this room is the space and luminosity. The large double bed, the desk, and the private terrace make it nice to live there.
It is literally 2 min walk to the station, and for sure, close to Hide Park, little venice...
The street is really quiet as it is a dead-end. However, it is near pubs, restaurants and less than 5 min from Tesco, Sainsburry, Mark & Spencer and Waitroses
The flatmates are nice and quiet, 3 professional and 1 student (2 couples). Each of us has it's freedom however we can have small talk in the kitchen.
The bathroom is shared with 1 other room, however as 1 is student and the other work at night, we don't cross into each others.

All charges are included, which mean cleaning service, wifi, council tax, electricity...

I am living this room as I am moving with my boyfriend for our own apartment.
