The flat is located in the heart of Marylebone very close to Marylebone High Street and within 5 min walk to Bond Street tube station.

It is a good sized 3 bedroom flat (140m2) with 2 bathrooms, an open-space kitchen and a small guestroom. The available room is about 35m2 - the room is furnished - Ikea furniture – which my flatmate bought & would want to sell for a little contribution.
The bathroom would be shared with 1 other person. The common area is a open space kitchen & a seating area (couch, TV …)

The rent is around 1350 per month and the bills (council tax, electricity, wifi, cleaning lady, water ...) are around 120 GBP per month per person.

The flat mates (Olivene & myself) are quite sociable ;) but we like our flat to be nice & clean – so fair to say it is not a party flat and it is a non-smoking flat.
