Top floor flat inMayfair over two floors sharing with photographer , optician and a movie special effects CGI boffin. We are very relaxed and easygoing here, its not a wild party flat, we are all over the age of 30 and have busy professional lives and like a mellow relaxing atmosphere after work rather than an open door party madhouse, having said that we are all very easygoing and sociable. Im not at home very often and spend most of my time away so the new flatmate will be sharing with the two girls currently living there. The flat is in a great location being two minutes walk from Green park Tube and a ten minute walk into Soho, its minutes from Berkley square and Curzon Street so would be ideal for someone working in the Mayfair/west end area. Im looking for a responsible professional person who is tidy and respectful of the space and the shared facilities. There is wi fi, use of lounge and kitchen. The bedroom has been newly redecorated with new bed ,mattress, furniture and new carpet and it has been freshly painted, there is a flat screen Tv and blu ray player, its very clean and fresh with good daylight. Im looking for someone who is in full time employment and has a place of work to go to. The room is for one person , female preferred, we can't accommodate couples as it would get too crowded in the flat, sorry about that. Its available from May 2015for a minimum of 6 months.
