Double Bed in 1100 sqft luxury Mayfair apartment

Looking for a clean, tidy, fun flatmate to rent my spare room, who will treat the flat as his/her own - with care and respect.

I am only looking for a flatmate who will be working from an office, as I work from the flat during the day. I would consider a pro-rata reduced rent if you don't need it all of the week – e. g. just Mon-Thurs.

* To be clear, there is not the option to 'work from home' from the apartment during the week. *

The room is quite small, but has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and has its 'own' shower room opposite (which also serves as a guest WC for the apartment).

I am currently having bathrooms renovated, so you will have a brand new, luxury shower room (nearly complete – photos coming soon!).

The living/dining area, as can be seen in the photos is amazing and is very unique for the area.

The apartment is just off Grosvenor Square, near Bond Street tube, so ideal for anyone working in Mayfair/St James/Marylebone/Soho, or commuting on Central Line into the city, or Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf etc.

I am a 29-year-old English guy. I run my own online business from wherever my laptop is – which most of the time is this apartment, of course.

Heating/water/broadband/Sky etc. all included.
