We are looking for new tenants to replace us in our awesome one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mayfair because we’re moving in with friends.
It is 5 minutes walking from Berkeley Square and Green Park Station, 10 minutes walking from Oxfort Street / Bond Street Station
> The apartment is about 30m2, with a large bedroom, a living room with kitchen, dinner table, couch and office table. All furnished —> Everything in the pictures stays (iron, washing machine, microwave, complete cutlery, bedding)
> Available from now -> 20th of December, possibility to extend or to do shorter periods (please message me to discuss)
> All bills included 1300 pounds / month (please message to discuss)
> The area is super safe, quiet, but with plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.
