About me: I am a venture capitalist living in this beautiful home and have furnished most of the place myself. 2nd flatmate is a corporate lawyer. Our third flatmate works in PE and is moving back to Netherlands and we are looking to replace her.

Rent: £1833/ month + utilities

SR doesn’t allow adding deposit more than rent but in London any property with rent >5K needs 6 weeks deposit instead of standard 4 or 5 weeks. Our deposit is 7K+ and hence would be above 2K per person. Thanks!
