There are buses at the station that also serve Putney, Wimbledon, Croydon, Sutton and it is only a 10 minute walk to the tram link. The property is also just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful National Trust property at Morden Hall which is always a treat for a Sunday morning walk or coffee but equally its only approximately 15 minutes from Morden Tube to Clapham North tube on a Saturday night.

This amazing large double bedroom on the ground floor of this property is very clean and tidy, it has wooden floors, with painted walls and is clean, fresh and has lots of storage and is a great space to live in. There is a private bathroom across the hallway that is for use only for this bedroom. The bathroom contains a stand alone shower cubicle, toilet and basin and is fully tiled and well maintained.

There is a communal lounge with faux leather sofas, and again fresh and well maintained. The Kitchen was newly installed 2 years ago and is bright white with black work tops and is fresh and clean also. The kitchen has patio doors which lead out onto the garden where the tenants can socialise and bbq in the summer. The garden is small and maintained by the landlord when required but it needs minimal care as its just grass and hedges.
